Corporate Catering
Corporate catering that runs to the schedule
Office catering is judged on timing as much as on food. We work to a fixed service window, keep presentation consistent and handle dietary requirements without making it complicated for whoever is organising it.
Built around the agenda, not the other way round
Most corporate catering fails for logistical reasons rather than culinary ones: food arrives late, the setup blocks the room, or there is nothing for the people with dietary requirements. We plan backwards from your agenda so none of that happens.
That means agreeing the service window, the format and the headcount in advance, confirming building access and setup time, and labelling Jain and no onion, no garlic portions clearly so staff can serve themselves without having to ask.
For offices and conference venues in Gwalior, where the food has to arrive on a fixed schedule and clear quickly.
How we approach corporate catering
Fixed service windows
Food arrives set up and ready at the agreed time, so sessions are not held up waiting for lunch.
Formats that suit offices
Individually packed meals, buffet counters or passed refreshments, depending on the space and the agenda.
Consistent for repeat events
Once a format works for your team, we can repeat it for recurring meetings and functions.
Dietary requirements handled
Jain and no onion, no garlic portions prepared separately and labelled clearly at the counter.
Corporate events we cater
- Board meetings and client meetings

Worth knowing
Access and setup time
Building access, lifts and security clearance all affect how early we can set up. Worth confirming when you book.
Confirmed headcount
Office attendance often differs from the invite list. A confirmed number the day before avoids waste and shortfalls.
Clearing and disposal
We agree in advance what clearing we handle and what your facilities team would rather manage.
Menu ideas
Corporate menus are usually lighter than function catering, and often run across a full day. These categories cover breakfast sessions through to full lunches.

Corporate Catering questions
If your question is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer it before you book than leave you guessing.
Read all FAQsHow far in advance should I book catering?
As early as you can, particularly for weddings and for dates during festival and wedding season, when calendars fill up quickly. For smaller functions, shorter notice is often workable. Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.
Do you bring your own equipment and serveware?
Yes, we bring what the agreed setup requires, including chafing equipment and serveware. Where a venue supplies its own, we will work with what is already there. This is confirmed as part of the quote.
What is included in a quote?
The quote sets out the agreed menu, the quantities, the service format, staffing and any equipment we are bringing, so you can see exactly what is and is not covered before you confirm.
When do you arrive on the day?
Setup time depends on the menu and the scale of the event. We agree an arrival and service time with you in advance and plan backwards from when guests need to be eating.
