Wedding Catering
Vegetarian wedding catering made for your celebration
A wedding is rarely one meal. Between the engagement, the mehendi, the wedding day and the reception there are several functions, several guest counts and several menus to plan. We treat each one as its own event.
Planned around your schedule, not a fixed package
Wedding catering is shaped by decisions that are personal to you: how many guests are coming to each function, when they are eating, which cuisines your families expect, and whether the meal is served as a buffet, plated to the table or seated in the traditional way.
We work through those decisions with you rather than handing over a fixed menu. That includes Jain and no onion, no garlic requirements, which are common across wedding guest lists and are planned in from the start rather than added at the end.
Most of the weddings we cater are in and around Gwalior, usually across several functions rather than a single day.
How we approach wedding catering
A menu per function
Mehendi, haldi, the wedding day and the reception each get their own menu rather than one spread repeated across the week.
Jain and no onion, no garlic options
Separate preparations arranged for guests and family who need them, kept apart through service and labelled at the counter.
Buffet, plated or seated service
We work to the format your venue and guest list suit best, including traditional seated service.
Live counters
Chaat, dosa and other live counters can be added where the venue allows them.

Worth knowing
Guest numbers move
Wedding counts usually change right up to the week of the event. Give us your working number and we will plan around a realistic range rather than a single figure.
Venue rules matter
Some venues restrict outside catering, open flames or live counters. Confirming this early means the menu is built around what is actually possible.
Timing across functions
Back-to-back functions need service windows agreed in advance so food is ready when guests are, not an hour before.
Menu ideas
A wedding menu usually runs from welcome drinks through to desserts, drawing on more than one regional cuisine. These are the categories most wedding menus are built from.

Wedding Catering questions
If your question is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer it before you book than leave you guessing.
Read all FAQsHow far in advance should I book catering?
As early as you can, particularly for weddings and for dates during festival and wedding season, when calendars fill up quickly. For smaller functions, shorter notice is often workable. Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.
How much food is needed for my guest count?
It depends on more than the headcount: the time of day, how long guests are staying, whether the event is seated or standing, and how many dishes are on the menu all change the quantities. Give us those details and we will plan quantities rather than leaving you to estimate.
What if our guest numbers change after booking?
That is normal, particularly for weddings. Tell us as soon as you know. We will agree a point by which the final number needs to be confirmed so that quantities and staffing can be set.
Can we change the dishes in a menu or package?
Yes. Packages are a starting point rather than a fixed product. Dishes can be swapped, courses added or removed, and spice levels adjusted. If you have a particular dish in mind that is not listed, ask us about it.
Do you provide service staff?
Yes. Service staff can be arranged according to the guest count and the service format, whether that is buffet, seated service or a combination.
